PortableApps Backup is a simple backup application that will allow you to easily backup the files on your portable device to your computer. It has a simplified set of options to make backups as quick and easy as possible.

Internally, it uses 7-Zip for the file compression, so you can backup to efficient 7z files instead of Zip files, if you'd like. You can even have it show you a details window if you're the type of person that likes to see the names of your files fly by as they are backed up.
