Taskix lets the user reorder the buttons on the taskbar by drag-and-dropping them into the desired position. The application intercepts mouse clicks and mouse movement in the taskbar area.

Note that if "Group similar taskbar buttons" is set, you will be able to move a button inside the group or move the group as a whole, but not to move a button out of its group.

If you open many windows so buttons end up stacked up on a single taskbar button, Taskix will also work inside the stacked button list. The application intercepts mouse clicks and mouse movement in the taskbar area.
