ADEX Service is a COM component that enables application developers of Microsoft technology to access and control Windows NT Service programs from their application.

It has been developed using Microsoft ATL, providing users fast access to the services. It gives programmers an object-oriented view of Windows NT/2000 services.

Here are some key features of "ADEX Service":

· Check for status of services (like SQL Server) used in your application
· Modify service configuration
· Install/Uninstall services specific to your application
· Change the service account password
· Install/Uninstall services
· Query information like Service Account and Current Status easily
· Modify service configuration like Service Account Name and password
· Start, Stop, Pause, Continue services
· Do all the above on the local and remote servers
