DFM Editor is a standalone editor that enables you to easily create Borland Delphi VCL forms in both binary and text format. It has object tree, object inspector and syntax highlighted editor and form previewing capability.

It can be extended with external packages (bpl files) to know more classes. Forms can also be extracted from executables or libraries. Supports D1-D7 forms. Free to use for both private and commercial users.
