    Parse command lines with this Java library

    JCLILIB, which is also known as Java Command Line Interface Library was developed as an open source library for parsing arguments supplied in the Command Line.

    JCLILIB is an utility that can recognize arguments either by key, key and value or by position (keys may be repeated with multiple arguments).

    Here are some key features of "JCLILIB":

    · Values may be specified as String, Boolean, Integer, Long or Double
    · Unused arguments are returned in an array of strings
