    JPrIME is a useful Java library which provides users with helpful tools for phylogenetic models.

    JPrIME contains features such as DLRS and Delirious, VMCMC or DLTRS. Users have the possibility to view phylogenetic models for gene family evolution and produce synthetic trees. This is done in accordance with DLRS, DLTRS and other models.
