Text Effects extension / plugin for Adobe Flash
PJ Components AS3, text effect plugins used directly in .fla files (Adobe Flash CS3). PJ Components AS3 contain over over 400 predefined text effect variations. PJ Components AS3 can be used by users of any skill-level, offering use from basic drag&drop to stage to advanced use like text loaded sidewide from database.
All the effects in the package come with multiple customization parameters.. Several new features and options are implemented, including five different effect start-directions, basic text alignment, automatic positioning on stage and dynamic input.
In the upgrade, of the 50+ effect templates most effects contain a list of predefined variations. All of them offer a quick preview to see settings and avoid having to play long .fla timelines to see the result. For experienced users custom modifications can quickly be done, like adding a simple bevel, creating sequential triggering of effects, use of attachMovie to dynamically place effects at runtime and loading text by PHP from database for site-wide use in thousands of pages tree-deep independent.
PJ Components AS3 also contains multi charcter feature. Single text effects can be customized to override font color and font type for specific letters, making it possible to mix any font and color for any range of characters in a single text effect.

· Easy access to the effects through the component Panel, simply drag&drop any effect component to the .fla canvas, set the text and you're ready to go
Library Based:
· Since the text effects are Flash Components, they function as Library based content. No need for 3rd Party software anymore. Offering direct editing in source for advanced users.
Dynamic Input option:
· Activate the "Dynamic Input" and you can input any variable defined in your flash movie, alternatively hook up php, asp, or javascript defined variables as content of the text to be displayed.

Easy alignment and positioning:
· For multiline text, quickly align them left, middle or right. Use "Fixed center" to hard-lock horizontal and vertical position on stage, saving the trouble of manual placing it.
