PlaceConer property manage of the "slope coner" layout:
pcNone - in this mode button is a usual TBitBtn
pcTopLeft - "slope" in left-top coner
pcTopRight - "slope" in right-top coner
pcBottomLeft - "slope" in left-bottom coner
pcBottomRight - "slope" in right-bottom coner
Also you can define one of the three "lamp" state and colors for it.
