ActiveX component that allows applications to extract frames from video files
VideoShotMaker is an ActiveX component that enables your applications to extract frames from video files and save them as image files.
Frames can be extracted from AVI, MPEG, WMV, RealVideo files. Images can be saved as JPEG or BMP files. Before saving, the images can be resized, cropped and marked by text labels.
Requirements:
· DirectX 8 or later
· To support WMV files: DirectX 9 and Windows Media 9
· To support RealVideo files: some free codecs maybe required, please see the codecs.txt file for details.
· If you plan to use VideoShotMaker to create ASP applications on a shared hosting service, please make sure that your hosting service supports it.
Limitations: The shareware warning will be placed on created thumbnails.
