Real Pic Simulator 1.3
This compact application is designed to help you test, visualize and debug the software created for the PIC family microcontrollers
PIC microcontrollers are widely used in both industrial and home made devices in order to execute small but important tasks. The controller architecture enable users to program these chips by storing code in their memory.
This application is designed to check the programs created for PIC microchips by loading the HEX files and examining the code. The user is able to view the memory map, edit the EEPROM memory and check the program code in the same interface.
When you want to test an application, you need to specify the processor model and the simulation speed from the main menu. The debugger enables you to execute the code step by step and view the results in order to detect potential errors.
Additionally, you can insert breakpoints in the code in order to monitor the results while the program runs. This enables you to stop the execution at key moments and visualize the system status or the variable values.
The visual simulation tool allows you to add displays, LED bars and oscilloscopes in order to view the feedback when the program is being executed. Each device can be connected to one or more controller pins in order to simulate the real circuit.
If you need to test PIC microcontroller software, Real Pic Simulator is a program testing and debugging tool that can help you save time and increase your productivity as well as the quality of your work.
