BlOut 2.6 Build 9439

Blout removes extra blank lines from a file.
Blout is a small console tool that removes extra blank lines from a file, collapsing multiple blank lines down to one. It also ensures the file has a final CrLf. Blout is not that bright. It does not understand wildcards or multiple files on the command line, except those expanded by the OS. usage: blout.exe somefile.txt
