    A Windows Service manager that allows you to group services together

    The name SvcMan stands for Dev Services Manager. SvcMan was developed to be a Windows Service manager that allows you to group services together. The application is part of a project called Profile-Based Development Environment, which includes small tools to automate some of the repetitive tasks involved in working with different scripting/programming languages and development servers.
