.NET Framework 3.5 Enhancements Training Kit is a documentation set designed to help users understand the technologies released in Service Pack 1 of the .NET Framework 3.5.

At the end of the installation process all the resources are accessible via a web interface. By default it opens in Internet Explorer but you can change the browser without any effort.

However, for the best experience some software is recommended. As such, users are advised to have Microsoft Visual Studio installed on the system along with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows PowerShell and ASP.NET MVC Preview 4.

The presentations available include an overview of the improvements and additions present in .NET 3.5 SP1 and then dives deeper into the context by introducing various related elements, such as ADO.NET Data Services, ASP.NET MVC framework, ASP.NET Dynamic Data or the ASP.NET Routing engine.

For a better understanding of the previously mentioned concepts and how they work, a set of demo scripts are also available in the package. In order to open them a DOCX-compatible word processor is required.
