OEAPI description
This library will enable you to build your own plugins in Outlook Express and Windows Mail.
OEAPI - Outlook Express Application Program Interface is the ONLY library that lets you add your own functions to Outlook Express.
It brings the interface to add your own plugin to Outlook Express from high-level languages as VB, Delphi or Python.
OEAPI is a program that helps you create Outlook plugins.
OEAPI enables your software to reach more than 400 million users worlwide with Outlook Express and Windows Mail already installed.
