RapidSVN

RapidSVN is a cross-platform GUI for the Subversion revision system written in C++ with the aid of the wxWidgets framework. It comes with support for a Subversion client C++ API and helps you quickly browse an existing repository via bookmarks.

You can remove files from both SVN and local hard drive (but you cannot delete modified files with changes that haven’t been applied to the repository), export data by creating a local copy of the repository without the SVN directories, as well as create a new repository only with the command ‘svnadmin.’
