axSPC is a useful ActiveX component which developers can use to help create SPC functionality in their applications.

axSPC was developed for the systems Bevan Engineering develop on an almost daily basis. Our products use this control exclusively to generate the types of results we need for our type of analysis. Consequently, we are happy to provide this tool to developers so that they too may get the type of results we at Bevan Engineering need for our products and processes.

There are a great many variables that affect the repeatability and predictability of a process. And there are many tools to help look at that data. As a developer of specialized controls and software systems, we are more concerned with a more fundamental question: What is the state of our process?

We can look at the existing data using axSPC and our analysis methods to raise a "red flag" when a problem is detected within a process. We would hope that all processes are in an ideal process state. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. axSPC helps us make that determination so we may help get the problem fixed.

We've made this product available to our fellow developers so they may develop applications customized for their specific purposes. If you have an existing software system that is working for you, adding SPC capabilities with process state indication couldn't be easier.
