Good plan for Windows 8/10

Good plan is a useful and intuitive piece of software aimed specifically at Windows 8.1 systems, enabling  you, as a student or a teacher, to create and keep up with your timetable, also being able to remind yourself of exams or due homework.

The program is quite easy to understand and work with, and much like all other Metro apps, it will pose very little difficulty in handling, even for less experienced individuals.

As such, you can quickly get the hang of it and start adding your lessons or tasks, the last of which, you can set to issue an alert several days before they're due.

In the main window of Good plan, you can find your current timetable, allowing you to view a specific day or add a new task, from the options bar. The ‘Edit Timetable’ section of the utility, you can add or remove a lesson, as well as edit its specifics.

When adding a new entry to your timetable, you need to specify the time interval, down to the minute, the subject (new or existing), the type (‘Neutral’, ‘Lecture’, ‘Exercises’, ‘Laboratory’, ‘Seminar’ or ‘Project’), the room, the teacher’s name, select a preferred color and whether it occurs each week or once every other week.

Moreover, Good plan enables you to add one or several tasks to your timetable, targeting a lesson on a specific date. You can add a description and choose its type (‘Homework’, ‘Exam’ or ‘Other’), then choose for how long before its due date you should be reminded of it, ranging from as little as 1 day to 7 days before.

To conclude, Good plan is a handy and efficient application that can successfully help you manage your daily school schedule, allowing you to remember about the tasks that are due in the near future in order complete them in time.
