If you forget when to take work breaks, here is a small tool to remind you about it.. #Break Notifier #Break Scheduler #Schedule Break #Break #Scheduler #Notifier
There’s a high chance your daily routine involves spending countless hours in front of the PC, which isn’t entirely a healthy option. If you can’t convince your brain to let you on a five minute break every now and then, maybe specialized applications like myWork Coach get the job done for you.
First of all, your computer needs to be equipped with .NET Framework to be able to install and run the application. On launch the configuration window shows up so you can set general details regarding work hours, and action to take whenever it’s time to take a break. In the meantime, the application can quietly sit in the tray area.
There’s a default preset configuration you can use. Specifying your own time, however, is easily done by writing the interval in hours, as well as the the total number of minutes for each work session in that time. You also need to choose workdays, and making the application run with Windows always makes the process active.
You can go ahead and test out your settings through the simulate option. There’s quite the variety of actions at your disposal, ranging from power options to visiting social networks. These are found in dedicated tabs, with a mandatory or default selection in each, such as visual, audio, social, and brute force.
There’s the possibility to have a playlist loaded so that it starts in the break time. Messages can be set to appear on screen in an attempt to make you get off your chair, but if that doesn’t help, there are always power options to use, such as locking the workstation, logging off, or making the computer enter standby mode.
On an ending note, myWork Coach is sure to come in handy if you get to spend a lot of time in front of the computer and you know it. Configurations are abundant, with easy setup of work interval, and a whole variety of actions to take to convince you to take it easy for a few minutes.
