    A Python tool for automating laser ablations for neuroscience

    Ablator provides you with a collection of tools that can help you automate the microscopic detection of cell targets.

    Especially designed to ease the work of neuroscience researchers, Ablator can also be used for controlling a 2-photon microscope and lesion cell targets in random patterns.
