    Predicts the activation and inhibition of pathways

    BD-Func is a simple, easy to use application designed for the analysis of activation and inhibition of pathways.

    Based on the data extracted from the signal file and the enrichment file, the application applies an algorithm for predicting the pathway behaviour. Since it is built in Java, it can run on all the major platforms.
