Balls & Sticks is a powerful application that allows you to create a crystal structure as a 3D animated model. The program allows you to create the structure by entering the atom coordinates or by importing them from CIF files.
The user can customize the composition and the aspect of the model by adjusting the colors, the orientation and the light direction. The model can be exported as a coordinates file or captured as a JPG or BMP image.
