    Simulate the growth of the cortex in 3D

    CX 3D is a lightweight and simple application designed to help you create 3D simulations of the growth of the cortex.

    Using CX 3D, you can simulate the behavior of self-organizing neural networks or the production of a laminated column of mouse cerebral cortex. In order to use the application, type the following lines in the command window:
    cd
    java ini/cx3d/simulations/tutorial/DividingCell
