Literally printing 3D objects is now a thing which is handled by specialized printers. However, heavy machinery was here long before 3D printers, known as CNC. The application takes little time to install on your computer and can be launched right afterwards. However, there are a few things which need to be mentioned first and that is the application requires you to establish connection to a Turbo PMAC CLIPPER motion controller, for which you need to have the Pcomm32.dll file and PMAC driver installed on your computer.

At its core, the application specializes in CNC 3D surface inspection for 5-axis CNC machines. Using the program together with prerequisites even allows real-time control over the machine.

With the application up, it’s a good idea to pay a visit to the settings panel for the basic first configuration. Here you get to view the default axis scale configuration, with the possibility to handle values. You also get to select the device setting, which can be for no hardware device connection, or real operation mode which requires a direct connection to the Turbo PMAC CLIPPER motion controller.

Several sections are found in the application window. You start off from the position input, allowing you to manually increase and decrease axis positions on the spot, with three movement levels to choose from. Axis state is shown in real-time.

The path run section is able to perform a simulation based on code input. This section requires active connection to the motion controller. The origin can be configured, and you can even save position input, or view the list of steps.
