DAZ Studio Standard 188.8.131.52
Populate your workspace with various models
You can load a blank model and customize it by changing its position, orientation and size of each component. For instance you can load a human body model, change the size of the body parts and arrange the body into a sitting position. The program includes a lot of pose presets that help you achieve the desired effect.
The user can create pose presets for any element by arranging the position and saving it as a separate file. The poses are separate for each model and can be loaded when you want to capture an image of a certain scene.
Enhance quality with multiple lighting settings
When you want to create a scene in a photo studio, the lights and the camera position are very important. This program allows you to add or to combine multiple light sources and to change the orientation of each of them. The camera angles can be arranged in the same way.
Careful camera positioning
After all the elements have been added to the scene the user can arrange the camera by changing the focal length and the focal distance before rendering the image and saving it to a local folder. You can also render the model to a series of images or to a movie if you want to capture the pose transition.
Full control over environment and objects
The program is designed to help you capture images from 3D models just as you would take snapshots in a photo studio. With this program you are both the photographer and the model since you can control the entire environment of the studio.
Taking everything into consideration, we can say that DAZ Studio Standard can prove to be a powerful companion when it comes to 3D modeling. It does not take a lot of your time to get acquainted with its features, and the quality of the output result is surprising every time.

- Environment Pane - Moved setting of the Backdrop for the scene to a new pane that is poised for future environment related settings. Note: The color of the Backdrop for a scene is now separate from the background color of a viewport; viewport colors can be set in “Window > Style > Customize Colors…”
- Center Dock Area - The area previously reserved for the viewport(s) is now its own dockable area, which can be used to stack panes that consume more space; i.e. Viewport, Render Library, Shader Mixer, Shader Builder, Script IDE, etc.
- Viewport Pane - The viewport(s) that previously consumed the remaining space between the left, right, top and bottom dock areas is now its own pane
- Aux Viewport Pane - A separate, singular, auxiliary viewport in its own pane that can be used as a convenient, independently sized, alternate view of the scene with IPR capabilities (for renderers that provide it)
