DataSweet has been developed specifically to meet the needs of data handling for schools and is ideally suited for the National Curriculum at Key Stages 1, 2 and 3, Scotland 5-14 and K12.

DataSweet is a powerful, yet clear and easy to use application which means that pupils are able to concentrate on the data handling activities without worrying about the complexity of the software. The suite comprises of a graph drawing application, databases and a spreadsheet.

This product has been consistently popular in all its previous versions over the past seventeen years.

DataSweet will offer the opportunity for schools to develop students data handling skills at different levels, making it an ideal solution.

DataPlot is an easy-to-use graph drawing program that allows children to enter data and see the graph updated immediately. Up to forty separate pieces of data can be entered. Bar charts, Pie Charts, Line graphs and Scattergrams can be quickly produced. Graphs can also be exported as a picture file. DataPlot is also used to display the graphs produced by the databases. DataPlot can recognise when colours are used as labels and will colour the graph appropriately.

DataPick is a database template which uses key pictures as a means to describe and classify features of data items. The key pictures can be used for searching and a count of their frequencies can be used to produce graphs. You can import your own pictures into the picture library for use in the databases.

With multiple user access, children can all work on the same database across a network. This means that you no longer need to merge together files if children are all entering data on different machines.

DataCard is a database template where the key pictures are replaced with keywords. A frequency count is maintained of the keywords used in the database and these too can be used for both searching and creating graphs.

DataFind is a template which introduces the concept of fields within records. Fields may contain either text or numbers. A frequency count is maintained on a given field and can be automatically grouped for numerical fields, this means producing graphs from numerical data is really easy.
