    Convert all your genotype SNP files

    FCgene was designed and developed as an open source conversion tool that allows you to change the format of genotype SNP data.

    FCgene can be used to access and convert the PLINK data format into input files that are needed by various imputation software packages such as MACH, IMPUTE, BEAGLE or BIMBAM.

    The application can also convert the imputed genotype files back into PLINK ones.
