    A parallel implementation of a gene-gene interaction algorithm.

    GEsnpxPara is a compact application designed to help you capture gene-gene interactions by using a multiple objective genetic algorithm. The program can be used in command line mode in order to enter the command parameters.

    The program analyzes the SNP markers and identifies the potential interactions with a combinatorial ranking procedure.
