GelQuant NET description
This small application will help you determine the molecular gel quantification and to analyze it.

GelQuant.NET is a gel quantitation and analysis program for Molecular Biology.

You simply need to make sure that the input images have the following formats: BMP, PNG, JPG. To quantify *.gel files that come out of Phosphorimager, Storm or Typhoon, save files as *.PNG using ImageJ (NIH-Image)

Requirements:

· .NET 3.5

· Non-destructive brightness and contrast adjustments
· Data in *.gel format are quantified using an improved algorithm that rescales the pixels to restore the dynamic range of the original data
· Added mouse shortcuts
