    Homework 2 description

    A neural network for radial basis functions.

    Homework 2 is a tool for simulating a artificial neural network in order to visually classifying points in a two dimensional input space. The program is designed to use the visualization since it can be more easy to use in certain cases.

    In order to use the program you need to use input files that use the X\tY\tTARGET format in order to specify the parameters.

    Requirements:

    · OpenGL 2.1 or higher
    · EXT_bindable_uniform support
