    An image segmentation toolkit developed with Java

    ImageSci is a toolkit with multiple methods that can be used for multi-object image segmentation. This tool can handle level sets, parametric deformable models and Spring Level Sets.

    The package includes a demo launcher and an image visualizer that allows you to change the parameters or to capture screenshots.
