Morris-Lecar Model

Morris-Lecar Model was created as an educational simulation tool of the Hodgkin-Huxley Model that has two state variables: the voltage within the neuron and a potassium gating variable.

Morris-Lecar Model comes with three different presets for parameters and allows the user to open a new window to see the phase space.

By accessing this information an user can gain a complete understanding of the dynamics of this neuron abstraction.

Morris-Lecar Model is developed with the help of the Java programming language.
