    Gene simulation environment for you to use

    GENS, short for Gene-Environment iNteraction Simulator is a new method created in order to simulate full-controllable case-control studies.

    This simulations are done for complex diseases where gene-environment interactions determine the disease risk.

    Requirements:

    · Python 2.6 or higher
    · setuptools
    · simuPOP
    · numpy 1.6.0 or higher
    · scipy 0.9 or higher
    · openopt (full suite suggested)
    · wxpython (optional)
