SepINRIA

The Internet is filled with all sort of applications and programs that you could use in order to enhance functions on your computer and do all sort of things. One of such applications is SepINRIA.

It's designed for the analysis of Multiple Sclerosis Brain MRI. It comes with lots of nice tools and features that you can check out.

The application doesn't take long to install and it doesn't come with a complicated setup that you would need to complete before you can actually use it. It sports a really intuitive graphical interface with many tools at hand and some nice features.

There's the option to load any images from your computer, which is quite nice. You will also need to set the database and file path, so images could be fetched easily.

You can import files from your DICOM folder or directly from your computer. You will need to adjust radiologic conventions for the image and pick from axial, coronal or sagittal view. Images can be flipped in various ways and you can provide information on the patient's ID, exam date and image type.

There's the option to create a database with all exams and patients. It comes with many functions that you can check out, including lesion segmentation or brain atrophy evaluation. You can change the view from within the application and adjust some preferences.

It comes with the option to align images or enable the 3D view. Moreover, the application allows you to view the log with all actions that were taken inside the program and in the database. Information can be exported on your computer, so you can check it later if you want.

It also comes with the option to calculate the width of the brain, lateral ventricle, third ventricle and more. SepINRIA is a simple and lightweight application for the analysis of Multiple Sclerosis Brain MRI.
