    Spyke Viewer description

    A customizable viewer for the study of the electrical properties of biological cells and tissues.

    Spyke Viewer is a tool designed to help you navigate, analyze and visualize the electrophysiological data files. The program allows you to load a certain file and to navigate through the object hierarchy.

    The program is flexible and includes a Python console and a plugin system that can be used to enhance the basic functionality. The Python editor can also be used for modifying the plug-ins for your own projects.
