cpt2dft is a small, simple, very easy to use application specially designed to help you combine the regional PET TACs in CPT format into a single DFT file. Data can also be saved in previous format, by setting output file extension to '.roi.kbq'.
This program cannot currently read all CPT formats. It accepts standard CPT files from Imagetool, Vinci and dft2cpt. PET images scanned before 1993, and CPT files calculated from those, may contain sum frames, which need to be removed before they can be processed further.
