se-rm PlotManager Standard HPGL is an advanced Windows application that allows you to view and manage plots. It offers support for P-GL, HP-GL/2 and HP-RTL formats.

The setup operation does not take a long time to finalize, and it is possible to make file associations with PLT, HPG and HPGL formats.

When it comes to the interface, se-rm PlotManager Standard HPGL adopts a professional-looking window that sports numerous buttons on the upper part of the screen, along with an Explorer-based folder structure on the right to easily navigate directories and open plot files.

It is possible to preview plots in a small frame within the main window and view their name, paper and drawing size, orientation and type, as well as to open the file in the plot viewer.

se-rm PlotManager Standard HPGL lets you zoom in and out, print the plot, rotate it to a different angle, flip or mirror it, as well as view it in grayscale or monochrome mode instead of color.

One or more plot files can be selected for printing or copying to an output device (or instant plot). Alternatively, they can be converted to BMP, JPEG, PNG, SVG or TIFF images, DXF drawings, PDF documents and other formats, but not before setting the conversion mode (color, grayscale, monochrome), scaling level, rotation, color depth, and resolution.

The job list can be saved to file and later resumed. As far as app preferences go, you can change the UI language and color scheme, enable automatic checkups for software updates at startup, change the measurement unit, insert a header and watermark into all plots before conversion or printing, and so on.

The program worked smoothly in our tests while remaining light on system resources. It had a good response time and did not freeze, crash or pop up error messages.
