    mrsidsdw description

    Create a world file for MrSID datasets.

    mrsidsdw is a command line tool designed to generate a SDW file for the geospatial data files contained by MrSID files. You can use this tool in command line mode or by creating batch files for specifying the source data.

    The program can quickly generate a world file that will have the same name as the SID file and will be saved in the same folder. The SDW file contain georeferencing data for the information stored in the SID map.
