rescoll is a small, very easy to use application, specially designed to help you collect the model analysis results from a set of PET studies, and by default tabulates regional results and means with standard deviations; then results of only one model analysis program can be used at a time.
The collected data is saved in tables in XHTML 1.1 format, therefore the collection filename extension has to be .htm(l). File can then be viewed and printed with a web browser or Excel. In Excel the data can be also be processed further and saved in Excel format.
