Free RAR Password Unlocker is a powerful application designed to decrypt password protected archive files. It can be a suitable solution for cases when you forget the keyphrase that unlocks an encoded archive file. The program can apply both brute force and the dictionary attack to find passwords.

As its title suggests, Free RAR Password Unlocker can handle RAR archives, but it also supports managing encrypted ZIP and 7z files. The tool can come in handy when you need to access important files stored within such an encoded container, but you have lost or forgotten the password.

For instance, if you know that the password is composed only of digits, you can choose this option and deselect the other character types. These filters can reduce the duration of the process significantly; otherwise, a brute force algorithm can take several hours to find the key. The task can be paused or stopped at any time, plus you can observe the progress, in the lower segment of the interface.

The main panel in Free RAR Password Unlocker is where you can load the files you wish to be analyzed. All you need to do is drag and drop them into the dedicated box in the program’s interface. Moreover, you can add several files, the program can process all of them consecutively.
