In order to retrieve their lost password, users need to run EmailTray, then to open the Settings window, accessible via the menu button. On this window, they need to access the Email accounts tab, and to select the account they want to retrieve the password for.

After selecting the account, users simply need to click on the Configure button located on the right-side, which brings up the Edit account settings window. Here, they need to locate the Password field, which is located right beneath the Email address one.

To retrieve the lost password, users then need to open the Password Recovery Software for EmailTray and to drag the lens on top of the aforementioned Password field. The lost/forgotten characters immediately appear on the Password Text field, on the main window of Password Recovery Software for EmailTray.
