Password Sniffer Spy

Password Sniffer Spy is an intuitive piece of software designed to help users quickly recover lost or forgotten passwords that were shared over a network interface, as long as they are saved in the system.

The application comes packed with standard settings can be easily figured out even by users with little or no experience in computer software.

Setting up Password Sniffer Spy does not take a long time. However, you are required to install a third-party component (included in the pack), in order for the app to be able to run.

The tool is wrapped in a user-friendly interface, consisted of a regular window with a plain and simple structure. You can initialize the automatic sniffing procedure with the click of a button, right after selecting a preferred network interface.

The list of results shows the protocol, server address and port, as well as user name and password for each identified account. This list can be exported to file for further analysis and safekeeping. There are no other notable options provided by Password Sniffer Spy.

The program runs on a very light amount of CPU and RAM, so it does not put a strain on computer performance. Since it can be minimized to the taskbar, it does not disrupt normal user activity either.

We have not come across any issues in our tests, since the app did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Password Sniffer Spy offers a simple means of recovering lost or forgotten passwords exchanged via a network interface.
