Employee Monitor 2.0.1.002
Simple and practical looks
The utility functions by means of a client / server combination, allowing you to connect from the administrator panel to the client one just by inputting its IP address.
The main window of Employee Monitor displays the available clients, including connected and disconnected ones, enabling you to get a quick look over their current activities in a small preview window.
Keep informed concerning your employees’ activity during work hours
In order to add a new PC to supervise, Employee Monitor requires you to input the proper IP address of the targeted machine (which needs to have the client version of the utility installed), after which you can press the ‘Connect’ button in the main window.
In the ‘Client Overview’ section, you can learn more about the activity of your employee, including their processes, the pressed keyboard buttons and view the various screenshots which were taken at user-defined intervals, having the possibility of saving one or more of them to a preferred location.
Moreover, Employee Monitor lets you close the client’s active application or send a command to their computer to turn off, log off or reboot, as well as send them a message or a file, in just a few mouse moves.
The program allows you to decide the recording interval in seconds, the screenshot capture method and the image quality, as well as the recording area. In addition, the tool supports interrupting the monitoring of a client during a preferred time frame, for instance during lunch breaks.
An efficient instrument for tracking your workers’ actions on the office computer
In summary, Employee Monitor is a useful and easy to understand PC activity recorder that can capture images and keystrokes of your employees’ computers, enabling you to make sure they are truly working during their office hours.
