IRC Logger is a parental control and employee monitoring program that monitors activity and intercepts all messages sent through Internet Relay Chat (IRC) saving their copies to a file on the local hard drive.

It is absolutely transparent for the user who will not notice any delays or other signs which might indicate that his/her conversations are monitored.

IRC Logger does not generate any suspicious network activity, so it cannot be detected and blocked by personal firewalls and intrusion detection software.
