Disk Cleaner is a tool that can remove some unwanted files from your computer system. The interface of the program is plain and simple. You can view a list of products, as well as their total items, size and description.

You can also clear Flash Player shared objects, the most recently used file names in common dialogs (e.g. open, save), the Firefox cache and cookies, along with leftovers found in the Windows temporary folder.

The great thing about Disk Cleaner is that it automatically detects applications installed on your system and provides you with the appropriate cleaning options.

You can save and delete presets, disable the options to delete locked files on reboot if you're running as administrator, hide entries with zero items to clean, warn when open applications interfere with the cleaning process, and more.

Disk Cleaner takes up a very small amount of system resources and finishes a cleaning task in a short amount of time (you can save results in a log file).

There is no help file available, but the tool can be easily used even by novices. After Disk Cleaner completes a task, you cannot return to the previous window unless you reinitialize the application.

Taking everything into consideration, we can say that Disk Cleaner is not the best out there, providing little features to work with. However, the quality it offers for available services leaves nothing more to be desired and it even does so at a low system resource cost.
