Cloudifile is a complex and reliable software solution developed to help you protect the documents on your Dropbox account by encrypting them using a combination of algorithms, namely AES-256, RSA and Blowfish.

For the program to function properly, you need to have Dropbox installed and running on your system, as Cloudifile automatically connects to it and creates and eponymous folder, where your data will be placed.

During the initial setup, you will also need to create an account using a valid email address and a password, that you will need to remember as you will be prompted to input them whenever you launch the application.

Cloudifile integrates into your Windows context menu, enabling you to easily encrypt a file or folder just by right-clicking it and selecting the appropriate option. In the case of directories, it allows you to specify a set of parameters, more precisely the file types to be uploaded on your Dropbox account.

At the same time, the utility runs minimized in the notification area, so you can right click it and manage the data you share and the people you share it with. You can add new recipients, provided that they too are using Cloudifile, and you have exchanged encryption keys.

Moreover, the program creates a virtual drive on your computer, where you can access all the files you have ‘Cloudified’. The machines where you have installed Cloudifile and Dropbox are represented by individual folders, storing their corresponding data, so you can access it with ease and carry on working with it.
