Net Safe 1.0.0.0

Netsafe is a simple to use "Warning facility" that can tell you what programs are curently accesing the internet, right click on the item that you are being warned about and you can move it to the black or whitelist.

Blacklisted programs apear in a red window, unknown ones in a teal one. It also apears in the tray, is only active from when you click 'Continue'.
