SIDCHG is a command-line utility to modify local computer SID and computer name. With SIDCHG you'll be able to easily change the security identifier and the name of your PC.

NOTE:
Change of computer SID risks data loss and system damage. Encrypted files and installed certificates will definitely be lost. Do not interrupt SID change in process!
