Handy Backup Professional is an automatic backup software ideally suited for

Handy Backup Pro is an easy-to-use yet powerful backup program that will make an automatic scheduled backup of your critical data virtually to any type of storage media: HDD or CD-R/W, network drive, FTP or LAN.

Handy Backup Pro has free plug-ins that allow backing up Thunderbird, Photoshop and other popular applications.
