RiteRecovery description
An application that scans corrupted file system and saves the recovered files and folders into a folder on a safe drive.
RiteRecovery will retrieve files from corrupted file systems: diskettes, hard disks, ZIP cartridges and other types of media, removable or non-removable.

Supports almost all removable media recovery including floppy disks, ZIP cartridges, etc. as well as non-removable hard disks. Supports both physical disks and logical partitions data recovery.
RiteRecovery is able to recover damaged disks with FAT12, VFAT12, FAT16, FAT32 VFAT12 volumes created. CD/DVD file system recovery is supported as well including CDFS and UDV.
Multi-partitioned disks are recovered as well as disks with the only partition created on them. Restores the complete folders tree structure including subfolders. Gets back files with both 8.3 and long names. Supports
recovery of the files with names written in national languages.

Limitations: Data is recovered only partly
Note:
· In the case of recovery of files with the attribute ‘encrypted’ set the administrator’s password for the corrupted file system is required.
Important Note:
· If the recovery using the regular version of RiteRecovery is not successful, you can apply for manual recovery. Please, be ready to provide our technical support team with the image of the corrupted drive. Image file can be created by choosing ‘Create disk image’ item in the File menu of the RiteRecovery.
