Drivers are essential for our computers, but we all know how difficult it actually is to make sure everything is alright in this side of the operating system. In fact, the whole thing comes down to keeping drivers up to date and this is where My Drivers comes into play.
This software solution has been specifically developed to make sure you have the latest drivers and, in case there are some problems with the downloaded packages, fix them in no time.
My Drivers is capable of scanning the whole computer to detect all devices and then check the driver versions installed on the machine. What's more, the application enables you to manage all system device drivers from a single screen, allowing not only the download of newer software, but also the downgrade to older versions.
The interface is pretty easy to use, even though it's not that good looking. Despite the looks, the program works quite well and during our test we successfully managed to update drivers for several pieces of hardware.
A great thing about My Drivers is its ability to create backups and restore individual files as well as all the drivers that have been replaced on a system. You can store the selected items in CAB packages or installable EXE archives and just as well you can export the drives to a folder of your choosing.
All things considered, My Drivers can surely be of assistance when it comes to identifying and updating system drivers and since it is very easy to use, it is suitable even for less experienced users.
